This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through our website operated by Yiwu Baibian Auto Parts Co., Ltd. and Zhuji Lianyizhuang Home Furnishing Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). It covers retail orders, wholesale orders, and bulk orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Retail Orders (Individual / Small Quantity)
Eligibility for Returns
- Return Period: You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service to request a return authorization within the 30-day window.
- Ship the item back to the address provided, using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
2. Wholesale & Bulk Orders (Minimum Order / Large Quantity)
Wholesale and bulk orders have specific terms due to volume, customization, and inventory planning.
Eligibility for Returns
- Standard Wholesale Orders: Returns are only accepted if the items are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Custom/Bulk Orders: Customized, made-to-order, or bulk orders (including OEM/ODM products) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications.
Claims Process for Wholesale Orders
- Notify us immediately upon receiving defective, damaged, or incorrect goods.
- Provide clear photos or videos of the issue, including packaging and shipping labels.
- We will review the claim and, if approved, offer one of the following solutions:
- Full or partial refund
- Replacement of defective items
- Credit towards future orders
Bulk Order Exchanges
Exchanges for bulk orders are subject to availability and may require additional lead time. We are not responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the error is ours.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
- We will verify the issue and determine the appropriate resolution (refund, replacement, or repair).
- For orders shipped internationally, please note that import/export regulations may affect replacement options.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
- Clearance or sale items
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents
- Products showing signs of wear or use beyond initial inspection
5. Shipping Costs
- Returns due to our error: We will cover the return shipping cost.
- Returns due to customer request: You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Bulk order return shipping may be subject to additional fees, which will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
