Shipping
We have multiple flexible track models. Different bending applications require different tracks.
Please contact customer service before ordering if you are unsure about the model.
Our track supports adhesive positioning plus screw‑fixing.
‑ Smooth hard surfaces: adhesive is usable.
‑ Vehicle fabric interiors: screws are mandatory, adhesive‑only installation is prohibited.
‑ Damp / rust‑prone areas: screws are required.
Adhesive is only for positioning. Screws ensure long‑term firmness.
Suitable for bay & curved windows, villas, campers, caravans, vans, dorm beds, wardrobes and space dividers.
Solves curved‑installation problems for regular straight rails.
For manufacturing quality defects, please contact customer service with photos.
Our track is coiled into compact circles for shipping to avoid shipping damage.
Memory bending may appear after unpacking. Simply bend it repeatedly in the opposite direction and press firmly during installation, and it will return to your desired shape. This is normal and not product damage.
Maximum load depends greatly on installation method and base surface.
Light‑weight curtains work well with adhesive positioning plus screw fixation.
For heavy‑weight fabric curtains, screw‑only installation is strongly required. Please get in touch with us if you have heavy‑duty usage.
Yes. You may cut the track to needed length. End stoppers are supplied for cut ends
Custom‑curtains are available with various fabrics and colours.

Mainly for indoor and sheltered installation.
Long‑term direct sunlight speeds up material aging. Consult us for outdoor usage.
Tracks within 5 meters are delivered as one complete whole piece, not assembled from several segmented sections
Orders are mainly accepted via our official website.
If you badly need third‑party buyer‑protection service, please email us your product, length and quantity.
We will send you the purchase link by reply. No public platform links are shown on this site.
Damage caused by wrong installation, improper use or environmental aging is not covered.

We only support one-time payment at present.
All prices are calculated in US Dollar ($).
Yes, overpayments will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
Returns & Refunds
We offer 30-day hassle-free returns for unused items in original packaging.
We cover shipping for defective items. Buyer pays for other return cases.
Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after we receive your return.
Yes, please contact us to arrange exchange within 30 days.
Please send us photos or videos within 48 hours, we will resend goods or issue a full refund.
